Directions: How to Use Quick Hand Speed Strength Trainer™
STEP 1: Use both hands for three sets of 10 repetitions. Don’t swing device like a bat. (Hint – just imagine taking the knob to the ball like in a real game).
STEP 2: Repeat Step #1 with the front hand for three sets of 10 repetitions.
STEP 3: Repeat Step #1 with the back hand for three sets of 10 repetitions.
STEP 4: Proceed slowly when using device to maximize the development of your hitting muscles.
STEP 5: Once you develop your hitting muscles after several months of using the device, step further out to get the maximum use of the power band. (Hint – don’t go past 50% of the band’s capacity).
STEP 6: When you reach your maximum capacity with the power band, you may need to purchase a stronger power band to keep developing quicker hand speed, or you may attach two power bands to achieve greater resistance.
STEP 7: The Quick Hand Speed Strength Trainer™ can be attached to any strong, stable, an secure object such as a pole, fence, or to a universal weight machine.
