Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW or LIKE NEW condition. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. All refunds will be processed through PayPal and will be credited to the same method of payment used when you purchased the product.
When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, DVD’s, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If you should need to return items contact us by E-Mail and let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement product. In your E-Mail and in the packaging with your returned item, please clearly state:
• Your Name (Customer name that the original order was placed under)
• You Email Address (where we can send your return confirmation)
• Your Order Number (on your PayPal receipt/confirmation)
• Your Phone Number (in case we need to contact you)
• Shipping Name and Address where you would like to have the replacement product (if applicable) shipped
Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.
