WARNING: When the Quick Hand Speed Strength Trainer™ is used with the Power Band, the following safety precautions should be followed:
1. WEAR PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR when stretching, fastening, or releasing clamps.
2. Keep face and other vulnerable body parts away from potential cord rebounding path.
3. Do not stretch cord beyond 50% of its unstretched length.
4. Secure clamps carefully and make sure they are completely closed.
5. Do not attach to any surface which is not stationery and secure that reacts to wind or air movement, i.e. plywood or a mattress.
